Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the work package is received in accordance with the established timelines
  • Ensure compliance with EASA/local regulations by following revision control procedures for all documentation related to the input
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability and distribution of customer-provided documentation completion guidance material in accordance with established procedures and timelines
  • Print and compile the work package according to the established procedures and timelines
  • Submit paperwork and documentation to production in accordance with the established procedures and timelines
  • Follow the established procedures and timelines for the flow of paperwork and documentation between the OCC and production, in both directions
  • Gather and produce necessary visuals to monitor the progress of the check.
  • Enter accurate data into the relevant IT system within the agreed timelines to meet the established KPIs
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency of paperwork flow and improve the quality of completed documentation
  • Transmit airworthiness data and documentation to the customer following the agreed procedures and timelines
  • Package completed documents according to the agreed standards and format in preparation for shipment to the customer
  • Complete all tasks outlined in the Documentation Specialist training checklist
  • Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year work experience in a similar position
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Good command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Accuracy, reliability, and ability to organize work effectively

  • Preparation of short- and medium-term maintenance plans for aircraft maintenance
  • Monitoring of scheduled maintenance
  • Cooperation within the maintenance organisation with the operator’s representatives

Material Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure preload for material and tooling are available on site as per the agreed timelines before aircraft arrival
  • Find and Implement solutions to resolve any deficiencies found in the material and tooling preload
  • Be the primary liaison with the customer and other stake holders for all material and tool planning issues. Ensure feedback is circulated as required
  • Coordination of supplies of materials and tools for MRO ops, including customers’ deliveries
  • Provide updates in the agreed formats and timelines to the relevant stakeholders
  • Management of parts lists for assigned projects and monitor the entire process cycle to ensure delivery in order to support the agreed CRS date
  • Generate required data to publish the required KPI’s
  • Place AOG purchase orders as required
  • Deliver complete cost information as per the time frames and format agreed with all the stakeholders
  • Ensure customer pool parts or rotables are removed from the A/C and returned in accordance with the respective contracts / information sheet
  • Ensure appropriate cost control processes are followed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply chain or logistics
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Desirable work experience 3+ years in similar jobs
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication both oral and written and interpersonal skills and abilities
  • Team player and proactive approach

Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Write and issue engineering maintenance job cards
  • Provide evaluations of engineering work packages (SBs, AD’s, MPD’s, STC modifications)
  • Evaluate structural damages, maintenance errors, and snags (troubleshooting) against the related manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, TSM, etc.)
  • Interface with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in order to get the final repair scheme
  • Contribution in repair modifications and implementations as required
  • Determine the interchangeability of aircraft parts through the usage of OEM manuals
  • Prepare Dent and Buckle Charts for various aircraft
  • Prepare aircraft weighing calculations and reports

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in the field of Aviation Engineering or related
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of aircraft construction and aviation legislation
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use technical documentation
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical and problem–solving skills
