Your personal data are processing according to at least one of the legal basis from article 6 paragraph 1 „GDPR”:

  • the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one
    or more specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party
    or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  • processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

  • directly from You;
  • from the entity that has concluded with Linetech S.A. a contract for the provision of services for you;
  • from a third partner / entity cooperating with Linetech S.A., which has provided your personal data based on your given consent.

Categories of processed data:

Linetech S.A. processes the following categories of personal data:

  • contact details;
  • data required for identification for the purposes of concluding the contract, performing the service and issuing an invoice;
  • identification data necessary for online correspondence;
  • needed to choose the right Linetech S.A. marketing offer and service (after given consent from you).

What are the purposes of data processing?

  • to perform the necessary activities before signing the contract;
  • in order to conclude and perform a contract with Linetech S.A.;
  • to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on Linetech S.A., e.g. realization of accounting processes;
  • marketing of products and services provided by Linetech S.A. (after given consent from you).

 

Do you have an obligation to provide your personal data?

When Your data is processing in order to perform the contract with Linetech S.A., providing Your data is a condition for concluding this contract – providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

If you do not provide personal data, the contract will not be concluded.

Providing the data necessary to issue an invoice is a statutory obligation and results from the law.

In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary, it is not a statutory or contractual requirement and is not a condition for contract concluding.

When and to whom we can pass the data, and to whom we certainly will not pass it on?

If you agree, we will share your personal data to entrepreneurs with whom Linetech S.A. cooperates so that they can use them for marketing purposes.

We may disclose your data to recipients which cooperating with us and performing tasks on our behalf. In this case, an agreement of entrusting the processing of personal data is signed with these entities to ensure the security of your data. If you want to know with whom we currently cooperate, you can always ask.

What kind of rights do you have with given to us personal data?

You have the right to request Linetech S.A. access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, objecting to their processing, and we may after your request transfer it to another data controller. You can always withdraw consent regarding the processing of your personal data for the marketing purposes.

How to withdraw a consent?

You can withdraw any given consent to Linetech S.A. at any time in connection with the processing of personal data without suffering negative consequences – all you have to do is send an e-mail, call or send a message by post to the contact details indicated above. The willingness to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way – obligatory is to deliver us this information’s. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was carried out before its withdrawal, i.e. until the consent is withdrawn, the processing of your data by Linetech S.A. is legal.

How long will we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to perform the contract between you and Linetech S.A. or a contract concluded by another entity on your behalf, and after that time for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that Linetech S.A. can make and which can be made against Linetech S.A. If your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, personal data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill this obligation. We will process data processed on the basis of consent until you withdraw this consent.

If your personal data be processed on the basis of the Controllers legitimate interest (when the basis for this processing is the performance of the contract concluded with Linetech S.A. for your benefit), the data will be processed until the legitimate interest on which this processing is based has been fulfilled. If your personal data be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller (when the basis for this processing is direct marketing of your products and services), your personal data will be processed until you object.

Where can you make a complaint about the processing of personal data by Linetech S.A.?

How will we not process your personal data?

Your personal data will not be subject to automatic processing (e.g. profiling), which has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects to you.

Cookies
During browsing website “cookies” files are used which are small text information that are saved on your device in connection with the use of this website – their use is aimed at the proper functioning of the website.

These files allow you to identify the software you use and adjust the site to your individual needs.

The activities are aimed at optimizing: WEB content, e-mail marketing, reach of sponsored content on LinkedIn.

Using the WEB browser settings or using the service configuration you can change cookies settings yourself and at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to your device. You can change these settings to block the automatic handling of cookies in your web browser settings or to inform you whenever they are placed on your device. According to art. 13 para. 1 – 2 of GDPR – we would like to inform you that:

  1. Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with registered office in Warsaw, at Warecka Street 11A, 00-034 Warsaw.
  2. The legal basis for the processing is performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  3. Your personal data are processed only for the purposes of implementing the contract.
  4. Providing additional personal data is not needed.
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its completion until the claims cease.
  6. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow implementation of the contract (especially when it’s being done at the airport) and other entities which may participate in data processing under the authority of the Controller.
  7. You have the right to request the Controller to access data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the right to limit data processing.
  8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
  9. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not take automated decisions with you, including decisions resulting from profiling.

 

 

 

Information Clause (Trainings)

According to art. 13 para. 1 – 2 of GDPR – we would like to inform you that:

  1. Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with registered office in Warsaw, at Warecka Street 11A, 00-034 Warsaw.
  2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is given consent.
  3. Personal data is processed only for related purposes with the implementation of the training which you apply for.
  4. Providing additional personal data is not needed.
  5. Your data will be stored for the duration of the training and for a period of 2 years from the date of its completion.
  6. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow you to take part in training.
  7. You have the right to request the Controller to access data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the right to limit data processing.
  8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
  9. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not take automated decisions with you, including decisions resulting from profiling.

 

Information Clause (Career)

According to art. 13 para. 1 – 2 of GDPR – we would like to inform you that:

  1. Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with registered office in Warsaw, at Warecka Street 11A, 00-034 Warsaw.
  2. The legal basis for the processing is:
  • necessity for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (Labor code);
  • given consent.
  1. Personal data are processed only to carry out the recruitment process.
  2. Providing additional personal data is not needed.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment and will be removed no later than 1 month after this period.
  4. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow you to have the eventual job interview.
  5. You have the right to request the Controller to access data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the right to limit data processing.
  6. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
  7. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not take automated decisions with you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
