Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Documentation Technician to join us in Belgrade (Serbia).

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure receipt  of the work package in accordance with the established timelines.
  • Ensure revision control procedures for all documentation related to the input are followed to ensure compliance with the EASA / local regulations.
  • Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure receipt of documentation completion guidance material from the customer is available and distributed in accordance we the established procedure and timelines.
  • Ensure the workpack is printed and compiled in accordance with the established procedures and timelines.
  • Ensure paperwork and documentation is submitted to production in accordance with the established procedures and timelines.
  • Ensure the established process of paperwork flow from the control room to production and vice versa is followed in accordance with the established procedures and timelines.
  • Gather data and produces visuals as needed to help with monitoring progress of the check.
  • Communicating with engineering department regards marking relevant AD/SB/EO, in accordance with the established procedures and timelines
  • Ensure accurate data is entered into the relevant IT system adhering to the agreed timelines in order to meet the established KPI’s
  • Ensure airworthiness data and documentation is transmitted to the customer as per the agreed procedures and timelines.
  • Ensures completed documents are packaged as per the agreed standards and format in preparation for their shipment to the customer

Requirements:

  • High school degree (technical school preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in the aircraft/component technical documentation preparation environment
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in MS Office

Estimation Engineer

Belgrade – Serbia

Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Estimation Engineer to join us in Belgrade (Serbia).

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the work package for capability and scope to ensure compliance considering the capability of the organisation and secure required services
  • Estimating a man-hour report by skill ,required hours, including downtime required for each work package evaluated.
  • Performing a detailed report analysis and note any access requirements, critical maintenance tasks, conflicting tasks, and non-routine tasks
  • Ensuring that a clear work order/contract has been agreed with the customer to clearly defined
  • Determining the required material requirement and cost
  • Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines
  • Participate in meetings with the sales department as required
  • To develop and update estimation tools/databases for all aircraft types in the company’s capability
  • Liaising with customers with regard to the content of the tasks workpackage , access to documentation etc
  • Preparing cost estimates and performance reports
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Planning Manager

Requirements:

  • Faculty of Mechanical engineering – aeronautical direction or Faculty of Electrical engineering or comparable experience with faculty background
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, especially in aircraft maintenance (EASA Part-145, FARs and others).
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Desirable work experience 3+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication in both oral and written and interpersonal skills and abilities

Project Engineer

Belgrade – Serbia

Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Project Engineer to join us in Belgrade (Serbia).

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and co-ordinate with relevant stake holders the analysis of the work package for downtime , workflow , manpower , material ,tooling and special processes in the preparation phase of the check.
  • Co-ordinate between all relevant stakeholders to ensure all Milestones , KPI’s and agreed timelines are defined and planned as part of the preparation phase for an incoming input.
  • Ensure the printed and compiled work package is delivered to production adhering to established processes and timelines.
  • Chairs pre-input / induction meetings as needed for each input.
  • Monitors and controls the flow of the check ; ensures milestones , card closure and other established indicators are achieved to ensure the agreed TAT is met.
  • Co-ordinates recovery plans between the relevant stakeholders in the event that the TAT / CRS date is at risk or cannot be met.
  • Performs all tasks that are identified in the Project Leader Training Checklist.
  • Facilitate and drive process improvements, performing risk assessment and managing cost and time constraints together with the process owners.
  • Constantly risk assess the input to ensure any risk to the TAT is escalated and addresses as needed.
  • Works together with leadership at all management levels when necessary.
  • Conducts wash up meetings as part of the continuous improvement program.
  • Produces reports and visuals as required .
  • Ensures compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure positive customer relationships
  • Mentors and coaches other team members in an effort to constantly raise the performance standards of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Production Planning or Project Management
  • Experience in aviation industry will be an advantage
  • University degree of the technical faculty
  • Ability to draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions
  • Organizational skills and advanced communication
  • Responsibility, determination and effectiveness in action
  • Fluency in English

Line Maintenance Planner (OCC)

Poland – Warsaw

Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Line Maintenance Planner (OCC) to join us in Warsaw (Poland).

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing short- and medium-term maintenance plans for aircraft maintenance
  • Monitoring the course of scheduled technical inspections
  • Cooperation within the maintenance organization with representatives of the operator
  • Analyzing and allocating resources necessary for timely completion of inspections (including: maintenance personnel, tools, materials)
  • Coordination of actions in case of an AOG situation
  • Work in shifts 7 days a week

Requirements:

  • Secondary education, aviation or logistics are welcome
  • Experience of working in a planning or related department
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)

Production Planner

Poland – Katowice or Rzeszów

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of assigned projects and daily communication with Base Maintenance Manager relevant stake holders and customers.
  • Facilitating readiness of the organization and key stakeholders for incoming projects.
  • Responsibility for control and implementation of the projects by ensuring key milestones are achieved
  • Effective problem solving to address operational issues
  • Risk assessment and responsibility for the project budget
  • Ensuring effective communication within the project team, organization, conduct and moderation of project meetings
  • Work status reporting, planning and implementation of corrective actions
  • Supervision of project documentation, quality management in the project
  • Management and support of the customer relationship building process

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience as a certifier / non-certifier on A320 or EMB or B737 will be an advantage

Senior Technical Services Engineer

Poland – Katowice or Rzeszów

Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Technical Services Engineer who will join our team in Rzeszów or Katowice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technically review the engineering documentation which was provided by the engineers for amendments and final approval
  • Supervise the major modifications and repairs
  • Train and support engineers to make sure that the job is performed as per the standards and quality requirements
  • Issue the related paperwork to the various authority publications (Airworthiness Directives) for audit reasons
  • Interface between Linetech and the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in order to set a solution or ask for a repair proposal/ repair design/ approval to be implemented on the aircraft and components
  • Review and accept aircraft weighing calculations and reports
  • Review and accept the preparation of Dent and Buckle charts updates
  • Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports as required

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of Aviation Engineering or related
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of aircraft construction and aviation legislation
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use technical documentation
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Analytical and problem–solving skills

Technical Services Engineer

Key responsibilities:

  • Write and issue engineering maintenance job cards
  • Provide evaluations of engineering work packages (SBs, AD’s, MPD’s, STC modifications)
  • Evaluate structural damages, maintenance errors, and snags (troubleshooting) against the related manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, TSM, etc.)
  • Interface with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in order to get the final repair scheme
  • Contribution in repair modifications and implementations as required
  • Determine the interchangeability of aircraft parts through the usage of OEM manuals
  • Prepare Dent and Buckle Charts for various aircraft
  • Prepare aircraft weighing calculations and reports

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in the field of Aviation Engineering or related
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of aircraft construction and aviation legislation
